| The School Year The school year, September through June, is generally the same as the Riverside Unified School District, observing the same holidays. Registration A non-refundable registration fee is required to secure classroom placement for your child. This fee is collected and is applied toward programming. The preschool is a non-profit organization, supported entirely by parent-paid tuitions. There are no refunds for absences. If a child withdraws from school, a two week notice is required. Fees are based on an annual tuition. Tuition fees have been divided into ten equal payments and are due on the first of each month. School Hours Regular school hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Parent / Teacher Conferences Parent / Teacher conferences and classroom observations are encouraged. Appointments may be made through the preschool office. Eligibility Our preschool is licensed for children between the ages of 2 years, 9 months and 5 years. We are operated on a non-discrimination basis and welcome children of all religions, races and cultural backgrounds. Health Check A morning health check is also required and will take place before any child is admitted to school. Sign -In & Sign -Out By law, each child must be signed in each morning by the responsible adult and signed out when leaving. Only those adults listed on the child's information sheet will be allowed to take the child from the premises. |
